Hello mate! Which method did you use for your withdrawal? We’ve been informed there’s a slight delay in processing. Keep in mind that the best and fastest way to withdraw is via bank transfer to a Greek bank. You can either cancel the withdrawal and redo it via bank transfer, or wait until Monday, by which time you’ll likely receive the money.

Thanks for the useful feedback. I requested withdrawal via MasterCard. The first time I had requested withdrawal via the same payment method there was not such a delay. I will prefer not to cancel the current request and wait a couple more days until it is approved. If this is not done by Wednesday I will revert asking for your assistance again...

Sorry for reaching you again but I have a similar issue with delay on another withdrawal request from Legiano casino. I chose this time the payment method of bank transfer as you suggested in your previous email. My request was made on 18/11 however there is still no progress.
